Benefits U Thrive is the business of Angela Wainaina, a licensed, independent Life Insurance, Health and Medicare Advisor. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Benefits U Thrive and Angela Wainaina.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the type of coverage you are asking about, your state, and anything you write in your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you share. Calls about Medicare Advantage or Part D plans may be recorded, as Medicare rules require.

Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. This information comes from our website platform and its tools, including WordPress and Jetpack site statistics.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, bank account numbers or detailed medical information through the website form or by email. If that information is needed for an application or enrollment, Angela will collect it through a secure process.

• With service providers that run this website and our email, such as our web host (HostGator), WordPress and Jetpack, and Google (Gmail). They may process information on our behalf but may not use it for their own marketing.

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to form submissions and email is limited to Angela. No website or email system is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive numbers through the form.

Your choices

Medicare
